Embodied Healing Yoga – 1:1 (Online)

Embodied Healing Yoga is a gentle, heart-led 1:1 session where we begin by listening — not fixing.
Each session starts with a short conversation, allowing you to share what you’ve been holding emotionally, mentally, or energetically. From there, I guide a bespoke, intuitive yoga practice designed specifically for you in that moment.
This may include:
• Gentle, somatic movement
• Breathwork to calm the nervous system
• Restorative postures
• Feminine embodiment
• Mantra, sound, or deep rest
These sessions are ideal if you:
• Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally heavy
• Have “done the talking” but still feel stuck in your body
• Are craving softness, safety, and reconnection
• Want a slower, more intuitive approach to healing
This is a supportive, body-based practice and is not a replacement for medical care, psychotherapy, or counselling.
